Do I have to pay anything else to use the AI?
No. With the calculator you get Basic, free forever: AI with DeepSeek and 82 uses a day. On top of that, when you link it in the app you get 1 month of Premium free.
What happens when the free month of Premium ends?
The calculator stays on Basic: DeepSeek and 82 uses a day, free. Nothing is charged. You only pay for Premium if you buy it.
Can I get more Premium for free?
Yes. In the app, under «Earn money», you have your code: for every friend who buys a calculator with it, you earn 3 months of Premium. No limit. Your friend also gets a discount on their purchase.
Does it work without internet?
The scientific calculator does: it always works. The AI needs WiFi; the hotspot from your phone works too.
Can I take photos of exercises?
Yes. You take the photo with the phone app and the AI solves the exercise. The Pro calculator also has a camera. A photo counts as 2 or 3 uses.
Which AI is right for me?
The one that explains things best for you: with Premium you can try all four and switch whenever you want. If you want the most uses, DeepSeek: 786 a day.
Where do I choose the AI?
In the app, on the AI page, or on the calculator, in the AI menu → Settings. The last change is the one that counts. The calculator gets it the next time it connects.
Why are there fewer uses with Claude?
Each AI costs differently and the limit is the same for all of them. With DeepSeek, 786 uses a day fit; with Claude, 97.
What happens if I reach the limit?
The calculator keeps working. The AI answers again when the uses reset: daily ones at 00:00, weekly ones every Monday.
What languages is the calculator in?
Spanish, English, Italian, German and Arabic. You change it in the calculator's settings.
How is Premium activated if I buy it?
Buy Premium with the same email as your app account and it activates on that account. If you don't have an account yet, it activates when you create it with that email. If we can't find your account automatically, we'll contact you to ask which account to activate it on.
What's the difference between monthly and 12 months?
Only the price and how often you pay. Premium is the same.
